We have partnered with leaders across healthcare, higher education, biotechnology, commercial real estate, entertainment, and nonprofit organizations. While every organization is different, we consistently observed the same challenge: leadership, culture, and strategy were often treated as separate priorities rather than interconnected drivers of success.
That insight inspired the creation of Legacy Catalyst Partners.

Principal Consultant
Dr. Brent (Dr.B) is a transformational architect of culture change leader, trusted executive coach, and innovative organizational strategist. With over 16 years of experience driving strategy, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness across industries, from biotech and higher education to commercial real estate and entertainment Dr. B brings both boardroom fluency and grassroots insight to every engagement.
He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and has advised leaders across multiple industries on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
Today, he partners with leaders who are committed to building organizations that create meaningful and lasting impact.
